Other responsibilities include the effective functioning of the unit by collaborating with other health care professionals and monitoring resident care. You have a current Ontario Certificate of Competence (in good standing), experience in medical/surgical nursing. Palliative care, acute care experience and IV skills are considered assets. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are prerequisites and you must be committed to continual personal growth and professional development. We offer flexible schedules and some pre-booked shifts. We provide 24 hour nursing supervision . |
